Can I make a reservation on the day of my visit?
Yes, you can. Please call us to make a same-day reservation,or by DM on Facebook or Instagram.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Please contact us to cancel your reservation by the end of business hours on the day prior. Cancellations made without notice will incur a cancellation fee.

Do you have kimono sizes?
We offer a range of sizes, but if you're unsure, feel free to contact us by phone.

How do I return the kimono?
Please return to the store by 5:30 PM, change out of the kimono, and complete the return process.

Until what time can I rent a kimono?
Please return the kimono by 5:00 PM.

How long does the kimono dressing and hair styling take?
Depending on the type of kimono, dressing usually takes 10 minutes, and hair styling takes about 10 minutes, totaling around 20 minutes.

Is makeup included?
We do not provide makeup services, so please come with your makeup done.

Can you store my clothes while I'm wearing the kimono?
We will provide a bag to store your clothes and belongings, except for valuables.

How many persons can I book for renting at once?
For online reservations, we can accommodate up to 4 people per 30-minute time slot. For more than 5 people, please contact us by email “info@kimono-kiraboshi.com” or by DM on Facebook or Instagram.

Even if it’s your first time renting a kimono, you can rest assured. Here’s how the process works, from booking to returning the kimono.

Make a Reservation
Check availability on the booking calendar below and select your preferred date and time.

Make a Confirm Your Reservation
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered on the booking calendar. Please check it.

Visit Our Store
Feel free to visit us empty-handed. We also offer free storage for your luggage, such as suitcases.

Rental and Dressing
Choose your favorite kimono, and we will dress you in about 30 minutes in our dressing area.

Enjoy Your Outing
Once your payment is settled and your luggage is stored, you're ready to go. Enjoy sightseeing or dining until it's time to return the kimono.

Return the Kimono
Please return to our store and return the kimono by the final return time.

NOTICE
- For same-day reservations, please call us at +81 3-5246-3563 during business hours (9:30-17:30).
- Please note that we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins without an online reservation during busy periods.
- For online reservations, we are available for groups of up to 4 people per 30-minute time slot. For more than 5 people, please contact us by email “info@kimono-kiraboshi.com” or by DM on Facebook or Instagram.
- For rentals between 9:30 and 13:00, items must be returned by 17:00.
- For rentals between 13:00 and 16:30, items must be returned by 17:30.
- Please ensure that emails from “info@kimono-kiraboshi.com” can be received without fail.
- Please contact us to cancel your reservation by the end of business hours on the day prior. Cancellations made without notice will incur a cancellation fee.
- If you don’t see our emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Our messages may sometimes be sorted there automatically.
